♥ is: finally trying shin sen-gumi in fountain valley. (pictured: normal oil, normal soup broth, hard noodles, added bamboo.)

i liked the ability of choosing ‘hardness’ of the noodle…but my number 1 choice still goes to daikokuya in little tokyo. and fave in orange county is still santouka. i probably won’t return to shin sen gumi again.
