panda & i just found our dream jobs - pixar’s facility manager!!

we need to apply, pronto:

• Plans, budgets and schedules on-going building modifications and maintenance, including estimates on labor, materials and other related costs
• Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facilities expansion, including a large studio build out in the first year
• Coordinates with architects, construction project managers, building management, and local partners to complete all building projects. Provides basic CAD work for small office configurations
• Manages day to day facilities tasks including employee related set up, moves and changes

din tai fung’s xiao long bao is less oily. chen shanghai kitchen’s xiao long baos are much much larger in size and still delicious, but i prefer the more delicate skin of din tai fung!

daikokuya’s ramen has a richer and more flavorful pork bone soup. the sides at daikokuya come standard with egg and plentiful bamboo shoots. benkei’s soup was very light, but just a little too bland for panda’s and my taste. benkei’s soup also had no egg, and they don’t have pickled ginger!

see, i’m still a true california girl at heart (sorry, texas!)! ;P
